From 2019 to 2020, we launched a hotel app at The Raga Side in Side. It quickly became a top-chart hit on the App Store, driven by high ratings and customer satisfaction with supporting four languages, recording nearly 600,000 orders within one year. The app addressed several issues, notably enhancing the hotel’s fine dining experience. Guests and waiters could scan a QR code at their table to view an up-to-date menu tailored to the day and time, and place orders directly, which were then printed in the restaurant’s kitchen with food details and table numbers. Additionally, the beach bar offered a variety of drinks including mixed cocktails, which users could select individually for their families and themselves.
Housekeeping requests were also integrated into the app, with different departments receiving instant push notifications through another app designed for employees.

Event notification, This ensured that users were informed about events in the hotel through push notifications before they occurred. Moreover, we introduced a daily survey feature in the app, allowing guests to share their experiences at the hotel’s restaurants and more. This proactive approach helped manage potential negative reviews on sites like HolidayCheck or Booking.com, while keeping the general management informed and responsive to guest feedback.
Furthermore, with precise data on ordered stock, we automated the supply of food and drinks, reducing human error and enhancing efficiency in the process.
